When is Brownie Season?
Answer: always. Brownies know no season.
Especially the type that are gluten free and guiltless. Day or night, I’m ready to sink my teeth into these guys.
Fun Fact. I have eaten these brownies as breakfast for three consecutive days now. I guess you could say I’m really committed to a healthy lifestyle.
Now, if you’ve never had PB Crave’s Cookie Nookie cookie butter, I highly recommend you do not hesitate to rush out and purchase a jar. Honestly, this company can do no wrong.
I guess if you don’t have a jar of this magic, you could use regular peanut butter in this brownie recipe and it would be good. If you do have the ability to get your grubby hands on some, the result is a peanut buttery chocolate brownie with “cookie dough” bits scattered throughout.
I know. It sounds too good to be true.
I kid you not when I say that these are GLUTEN FREE, LOW in CARBS, and simple enough for a tiny child to make.
For this particular treat, I baked these in THIS pyrex glass baking dish. For the life of me I cannot find the dimensions. It is the smallest of my rectangle glass baking dishes.
Yes, those are cookie dough bits you see and they are glorious.

Could these be any easier? Also, I’ve never had cookie butter. Must try!

Say it ain’t so! If you have never tasted this stuff, you have to make a special trip for it. The taste is decadent and as far as nutrition goes it is not all that bad. Definitely a cleaner cheat 🙂 🙂
